I do not charge a planning fee; however, I do dedicate a lot of time and care to creating your vacation plans. I kindly ask that you are serious about moving forward with your trip before we begin the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, I’ll send you a travel intake sheet that asks all the important questions—your destination preferences, travel dates, budget, travel style, and more. This helps me get a clear picture of your vision and priorities. Using the details you've provided, I’ll create and send an itinerary with carefully selected travel options. These will be tailored to your needs and preferences—whether you're looking for adventure, luxury, relaxation, or something in between. We’ll work together to fine-tune the details. Through open, back-and-forth communication, we’ll make adjustments to ensure your chosen itinerary is the perfect fit. Once you've made your decision, I’ll handle all bookings and confirmations. From there, I remain available for any questions, updates, or assistance before and during your trip.
