Ralph installed my dishwasher and looks great. He also helped check a leak on my sink from the garbage disposal and everything now seems to be working great.

Rafael was sincere concerned,upfront and regional. I was advised in advance of any potential surprises. I still had a great experience. We have several more projects to work on. 5's across the board ! !!!! Well here's where the story changes. The day after my initial visit from Rafael I had two repairman over to repair my dishwasher it was pointed out to me that a crucial part of Rafeals install of my garbage disposed had been overlooked the maytag men took care of it quickly. I confess that it dawned on me maybe this was a sign. I pushed it yo the back of my mind. My second visit with Rafael was slightly different. I had recently had my pedestal sink re-attached securly to then walk. After being advised by Rafael that I would need to buy a new faucet Rafeal installed the new Moen faucet (not an inexpensive proposition) I let my guard down and payed Rafael his price and with the thought that his first visit went pretty good. I thanked him and he was off. About 3 hours later I was in need a call of nature. I put on the lights and was immediately surmpsed to find a mess of parts and wet floors. Then after closer scrutiny I noticed the faucet handles were not set properly nor caulked. But worse of all the sink was now barely attached to the wall. I immediately contacted Rafael to let him know that there was a problem. He claimed he knew nothing about what I was referring to and abruptly ended the call. To make a long story short Please use caution if you decide to hire this company. Baby sit the entire process and verify your project is completed to your satisfaction or better yet just hire another company.
