The quote you see includes everything needed for a professional installation — no hidden fees. We respect your time: punctuality and cleanliness are guaranteed. If the wall or setup requires extra reinforcement, we explain it before doing any additional work. Payment is simple: cash, Zelle or card after completion — only when you’re fully satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we confirm the TV size, wall type, and cable preferences. Then, we schedule a convenient time — usually same-day or next-day. On site, we take care of protection, mounting, leveling, and cleanup, leaving everything ready to use before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on training in carpentry, cabinetry, and architectural installation. That experience gives me the precision and technical understanding needed for solid, perfectly leveled, and safe TV mounts — especially in complex materials like concrete or stone walls.
