Great people. Diagnosed 1st problem with the refrigerator not cooling. Put in parts and found further problem. With new parts the compressor still would not run. Cost of repair for replacing compressor and possibly mother board was not worth it for a 10 year old fridge. He removed replacement relays and only charged for the service call. Was here almost 2 hours. I highly recommend them, and already have to 2 friends

BEWARE...
here is why: My fridge was not cooling. I called them and 2 guys came to my house to "fix". They told me that I needed to replace my Evaporator. Estimate: $1,340.
They took $670 as Deposit (50%) for ordering Parts that they could not get since their suppliers did not have any in stock. Between the time that they "ordered" and the expected install/fix, it would take no less than 3 weeks! No Fridge for Thanksgiving and more!
That same night, I found on the Internet the parts that they could not get. After checking with the company, I bought them the next day and had them send FedEx to my house with their approval!
They claim to have several crews! THEY DO NOT! The technician was out due to back issues and everything stopped! THEY LIED. Horrible Customer Service! Had to call/text/leave messages many time to eventually get an answer until I did not. Several days later, still no installation scheduled.
I had no other choice but to call another company. They came within 3 hours and fixed my fridge within 30 minutes . Problem: Lacked Freon! and it has been working perfectly since. Cost: $250 (on a Holiday Weekend)
These guys were going to charge me $1,340 for doing unnecessary work! NO PARTS WERE NEEDED.
I requested to get my deposit back since they never ordered any parts and have not heard anything back from them. As if they do not exists.
What a mess!
