Hi Victoria, We apologize for you being subjected to a message that was not intended for you. When we noticed the oversight we responded immediately to explain the situation so it is extremely disappointing to see you still take the time to try to destroy our name. Per the message in response to your message from today you received a message intended for Thumbtacks survey on why we declined your job. We never spoke to you about anything in regard to business we simply declined the job and went on to answer why. In that message it clearly states that ”I’ve changed my settings to not receive jobs under $400“ because I’m still being charged for the lead” in this case $26 just to tell you sorry we can’t accommodate your project. Nonetheless, you received the message intended for Thumbtacks survey on error best of luck to you and much success your project.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No two projects are exact – so it is highly unlikely rates will be.Pricing is determined by the specifics and the scope of every individual project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Once the clients submit a service request, we contact them within 24 hours and speak with them about the moment they are looking to capture. 2. We will discuss their desire for the final visual, what enhancements they may want, timing of the event, expectations from both the client and Greggo Lee Films. 3. Once we have all requests and logistical information we take up to 24 hours to provide a quote. 4. We are open to any questions the client has about the quote and make any adjustments if necessary. 5. Once we both agree on the quote the client will receive a contract that can be signed and emailed back to Greggo Lee Films. 6. After receipt of the signed contract, the client and Greggo Lee Films will remain in communication throughout the event. 7. After the event, Greggo Lee Films will provide edit requests and delivery of the final visual based on the contract. 8. Finally Greggo Lee Films hopes to work with the client again!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In the film and video production industry staying current and being knowledgeable is a requirement. I strive on continuing education, learning new techniques, and applying them every chance I get.
