- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always tailored to the specific details of each project, including size, complexity, and materials. We can provide estimates for projects of any scale, including large installations, but every quote is customized after reviewing all the necessary details to ensure accuracy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by scheduling an on-site visit to see the space, take measurements, and understand the client’s vision. If the customer already has the wallpaper, we proceed with preparing a detailed estimate for the installation. If they don’t have the wallpaper yet, we invite them to our showroom for a consultation, where we guide them in selecting the best option for their style and needs. Based on that selection, we then provide a complete estimate for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional wallcovering installation, working with all materials from delicate silks to durable vinyls and natural fibers. We also have experience in interior design, giving us the ability to advise clients on patterns, colors, and textures that best suit their spaces.
