Rosy and Rolando were so kind when we first reached out to them! They were professional, warm, and truly caring in every step leading up to and during our ceremony. They were super responsive and always willing to jump on a call. Rolando ended up being our officiant on the day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hello,
I discount my weddings for the days of Monday - Thursday. My pricing for Monday through Thursday is $450 Plus travel fee
Pricing for Friday, Saturday and Sunday is $550-699 for the area of Miami, Fl. Travel fee may apply.
Traveling Fee may apply depending on location. Also Holiday Fee may applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With Thumbtack, we are not giving the choice to call the clients. For that reason we have to introduce our self via email. I typically like to call the client first and introduce my self.
Once the client gives me the opportunity to speak with him/her, I try to get to know them and get to know their love story. It is important for a wedding officiant to know how they felt in love.
Then I go over the wedding details. How many guess, venue, wedding party, where they are staying. Try to help them feel more at ease.
I go over the wedding ceremony. Do they want a civil ceremony, religious, non religious, inter faith and so on.
I make sure to let them know that they have to apply for a marriage license. To make sure they bring the marriage license and id's the day of the wedding.
I try to answer all their questions and concerns so they can feel comfortable and at ease the day of their wedding.
I let them know that I will arrive early just to say hello to bride before the ceremony.
