My Daughter's wedding was in March 2014. It is now October 2014 and we still have not received her video. Paid in full...but he refuses to answer his phone. Assuming he is out of business. Watch out for this company. He will take your money and run! I will be happy to review once again when this is resolved

Wow so I'm not the only one. My wedding was June 30, 2013 and here I am in November of 2014 and still no DVD. Do not use this company. I would consider changing my review if I received my DVDs. It's not right for a company to cheat you out of your memories.

I don't even feel this deserves a star. My wedding was Dec. 2013 and almost a year later and not even a teaser. I've sent various emails and have called and no responses. I am mortified to even the think that I will not receive my wedding video, after paying in full and cash. I am more then happy to change this review if I receive a response.Do not use this company!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice can give anyone for looking for a videography/cinematography service is to do their homework. Their are many studios that don't give the best because they just half fast the job. At Jcastrofilm our motto is "Give the best because you Deserve the Best"
