Needed windows and doors for an investment duplex, gave this company a shot. Franco Olivas took my call and came next day to give me an estimate. Their pricing is good and competitive so went with them. Ill be using them for any future properties. Permits and installation went surprisingly smooth.

I would rather saw my own leg off then hire this company again. I would rather be ripped off and pay twice as much then hire or refer them for another project. Every step off the way was painful, the project took forever to complete. Rescheduled/no show/no answer over 10 times, pressing for payment constantly when they went weeks without answering me, the job is technically not even finished, none of the plugs for the door screws are in. Hire someone else, anyone else.

Kyle, the owner, is quite friendly when he visits your house. He provides a reasonable quote and promises to do his best. However, after the first deposit, he completely disappears. After a month of trying to reach him, he claims to have refunded the money. Now, five months later, there’s still no refund. This picture of the texts shows his latest lies, with no refund in sight. He’s done no work, took the money, and ran. This is the worst experience I’ve had on Thumbtack by far.
