I found the experience both punctual and professional. He provided me a list of trouble areas to my bathroom as there was a leak permeating into my living room carpet. While his initial diagnosis did not include the cost for a plumber, his scrutiny is accessing the site later revealed the need. I will absolutely use Narain for future home remodeling efforts.
