- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Dependable Deals Electric & Lighting, we believe in transparent and upfront pricing. A $175 service fee applies to diagnostic visits, troubleshooting, consultations, and project assessments. This fee covers the time required to evaluate the electrical issue, identify solutions, and develop an accurate scope of work and estimate. If the proposed work is approved and scheduled, the $175 service fee is waived and credited toward the project. Once the scope of work, labor, materials, and total project cost have been reviewed and accepted, a 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. Our goal is to provide fair pricing, clear communication, and dependable service with no surprises.
