What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as flexible as I can without compromising myself, which is in sync with the philosophies of yoga. Sessions are by the hour. Discounts are available especial for bundle classes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get familiar with my client from the start. Therefore, I ask a few questions to get better acquainted and to learn what your needs are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am registered with Yoga Alliance. An organization that monitors the yoga studio/teacher industry. I am licensed as E-RYT 200, 500 RYT & YACEP. I am a former black belt in Karate. I say former because I no longer practice. I have a degree in Interior Design which taught me to listen to my client's needs first. However, 20 years of practicing and over 12 years of teaching have been my best training.
