- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing or giving a quote for my service is not just putting a figure out there, as every job is different and needs different measurements, there is no way to have a static price system. In order to quote, I'm looking at your home and based on my findings I will give you a comprehensive consultation report with all the choices you have, priced up individually for each client. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional kitchen and bathroom designer for 19 years, continuing education is mandatory in the design work, to keep up with latest trends and implementing the right design for every property and client profile. My knowledge of the Real Estate market opened up the door to become a Home Stager. Knowing the demographics of a property is vital information for the right approach for a Home Stager as well as in depth knowledge of design and latest trends in Home Staging to get it right for the different demographic buyer.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Let's be honest, what makes a Designer happy, is having a well appointed budget and having a trusting client giving them the freedom to create this wonderful space, which is not only beautiful, but also practical and serving the purpose. Well, I had just such a client lately and they trusted me to stage their amazing $600.000 Condo. I had enough time for all the preparation and ordering all new furniture just for this project and it turned out beautifully, in tune with the property style and targeted buyer profile. I was honored to do this job (well to me it is not only a job, as all my passion goes with it) and the owner was even buying the furniture for the new buyer at the end. We also took panoramic pictures for the MLS Listing and created a video for them as well. Through our connections and social media we helped promoting the listing and been working closely with the Realtor and Owner. I'm grateful for this amazing experience. For this property and all the others we always design our Stagings to target the demographic buyer's to create the wow factor, giving an inviting first impression, without overpowering, so any buyer will be able to picture themselves in the property and easily visualizing living there. Our success rate is 95% and speaks for itself. We have created many happy clients with our proven concept and will continue to do so. There is always an open door and ear for future clients to talk to us first and asking us questions.
