My name is Jordan Hagadorn and I am the owner of A-1 Plumbing & Gas Inc. I decided to carry on the family company name and incorporate their standards and protocol. I had a problem with my master bedroom shower. I had already tried replacing the MOEN cartridge but no luck. I feared the valve needed replacing. Troy figures out that the valve indeed needed to be replaced. Ugh... now a hole in the wall? He assured me that he wouldn’t destroy my bathroom. He did have to make a whole but did it very professionally so that it could be covered with a nice plate. Thank you for you quick response!

This is the second time I have used A-1 and they are absolutely my new go to! This time I had them check out a leak from my toilet and a huge leak in my front yard. He quickly realized the leaks were linked and that fixing the toilet will fix the leak in the front. He didn’t try to over charge us and was in and out. Great Company!
