From Australia to 25 years in Manhattan and now in sunny Florida and I'm wondering why I didn't make the move sooner! Our focus is on artisanally crafted delicious bites that are either unique unto themselves or an old favorite given life again! We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to create the perfectly tailored menu and uniquely curated overall experience. Tamara catered my granddaughter’s wedding and it was amazing! Everyone was raving about the food. It was an outdoor event and from the appetizers to desserts everything was perfect thanks to Tamara and her wonderful staff. You will not be disappointed if you hire her!

Tamara, Chef at Amoraco Catering, made me look good! I strongly believe in offering the best possible service so that I can honor my guests who all deserve my best. As a former event planner, I tried to live up to that by hiring the best people for my clients. But tonight was even more special, because losing the love of my life is a painful experience. I wanted the best caterer because he truly deserved the best for his celebration of life gathering. Tamara delivered. The presentation and taste of the fare was fabulous. Her desire to please made it so easy to work and communicate with her. Our circle of friends here in Naples, Florida host many cocktail parties and charity events throughout the year. I will recommend her to anyone. I know several took her card last night! I cannot thank her enough for helping me through this event in the most positive way. Marianne St Johns

We had a cocktail party around our pool for 50 guest. I read the recommendations from Thumbtack but other than that I had no idea what to expect. This was definitively the best party we have ever had !!! Food was inventive, delicious and perfect. No on could stop talking about how good everything was. The staff were attentive and I relaxed the entire time. Tamara is a winner! Thank you for a great evening.

Chef Tamara prepared an outstanding dinner for me and my family. Everyone at the party couldn’t stop talking about the delicious food and the beautiful presentation. Chef Tamara went above and beyond my expectations. I would use her again and highly recommend her company.

THANK YOU to Tamara and her team at Amoraco for helping make our wedding day the best day ever! The food was absolutely delicious and her staff treated my husband and I like a King and Queen! We had countless guests come up to us saying that it was hands down the best food they had tasted at a wedding and we completely agree. We also had many people say it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and I know Tamara was instrumental at making my event so unique! The staff were all so sweet and professional, yet upbeat, funny, and personable. Tamara outdid herself helping make our day run seamlessly so that my husband and I and our guests could have the best time celebrating. The bartender was also amazing and kept everyone refreshed and happy! Your help with all of the rentals was also incredible, our reception was so gorgeous and taking the stress of sourcing rentals off our shoulders was truly appreciated. All the leftovers were packaged up so nicely that we were able to enjoy delicious food for several days after the wedding 😋 Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I definitely recommend Tamara to anyone looking for a special chef-driven event in the Naples area.
