Tamara, Chef at Amoraco Catering, made me look good! I strongly believe in offering the best possible service so that I can honor my guests who all deserve my best. As a former event planner, I tried to live up to that by hiring the best people for my clients. But tonight was even more special, because losing the love of my life is a painful experience. I wanted the best caterer because he truly deserved the best for his celebration of life gathering. Tamara delivered. The presentation and taste of the fare was fabulous. Her desire to please made it so easy to work and communicate with her. Our circle of friends here in Naples, Florida host many cocktail parties and charity events throughout the year. I will recommend her to anyone. I know several took her card last night! I cannot thank her enough for helping me through this event in the most positive way. Marianne St Johns

We had a cocktail party around our pool for 50 guest. I read the recommendations from Thumbtack but other than that I had no idea what to expect. This was definitively the best party we have ever had !!! Food was inventive, delicious and perfect. No on could stop talking about how good everything was. The staff were attentive and I relaxed the entire time. Tamara is a winner! Thank you for a great evening.

Tamara catered two events for us, a dinner party for 25 and a large picnic for 75 for my son’s wedding. She was outstanding every step of the way from planning the menu to adjusting the numbers attending. She was extremely professional and well prepared. The food presentation was lovely. Her pricing was very clear and did not contain hidden fees. I was able to enjoy both events because she did all of the work. I highly recommend her.

The food was outstanding especially the passed hors”doeuvres Dishes could have been labeled. Servers were professional and efficient Eerything was displayed beaut I fully. Thanks for such a wonderful party.

Tamara's food is beyond excellent. Friends are still talking about it. She worked with us to plan my husband's 80th, giving us lots of options. Her staff is wonderful. I hope there is another time to use her services. Fabulous!!!
