Our focus is on artisanally crafted delicious bites that are either unique unto themselves or an old favorite given life again! Tamara catered my granddaughter’s wedding and it was amazing! Everyone was raving about the food. It was an outdoor event and from the appetizers to desserts everything was perfect thanks to Tamara and her wonderful staff. You will not be disappointed if you hire her!

Tamara, Chef at Amoraco Catering, made me look good! I strongly believe in offering the best possible service so that I can honor my guests who all deserve my best. As a former event planner, I tried to live up to that by hiring the best people for my clients. But tonight was even more special, because losing the love of my life is a painful experience. I wanted the best caterer because he truly deserved the best for his celebration of life gathering. Tamara delivered. The presentation and taste of the fare was fabulous. Her desire to please made it so easy to work and communicate with her. Our circle of friends here in Naples, Florida host many cocktail parties and charity events throughout the year. I will recommend her to anyone. I know several took her card last night! I cannot thank her enough for helping me through this event in the most positive way. Marianne St Johns

Tamara catered two events for us, a dinner party for 25 and a large picnic for 75 for my son’s wedding. She was outstanding every step of the way from planning the menu to adjusting the numbers attending. She was extremely professional and well prepared. The food presentation was lovely. Her pricing was very clear and did not contain hidden fees. I was able to enjoy both events because she did all of the work. I highly recommend her.

I cannot say enough praise for this catering company. It was a top notch experience. Not only was the food DELICIOUS, the staff was exceptional. This was worth every dime we spent. I highly recommend. Also, Tamarra was so easy to work with in preparing for our wedding reception. They served 50 of us without a hitch. 5 stars

THANK YOU to Tamara and her team at Amoraco for helping make our wedding day the best day ever! The food was absolutely delicious and her staff treated my husband and I like a King and Queen! We had countless guests come up to us saying that it was hands down the best food they had tasted at a wedding and we completely agree. We also had many people say it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and I know Tamara was instrumental at making my event so unique! The staff were all so sweet and professional, yet upbeat, funny, and personable. Tamara outdid herself helping make our day run seamlessly so that my husband and I and our guests could have the best time celebrating. The bartender was also amazing and kept everyone refreshed and happy! Your help with all of the rentals was also incredible, our reception was so gorgeous and taking the stress of sourcing rentals off our shoulders was truly appreciated. All the leftovers were packaged up so nicely that we were able to enjoy delicious food for several days after the wedding 😋 Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I definitely recommend Tamara to anyone looking for a special chef-driven event in the Naples area.
