I have nothing but wonderful superlatives to describe Chef Bendel. He is extremely professional, pays wonderful attention to detail and most importantly his food is delicious. He catered a cocktail party for 50 people, and all of my guests were extremely complimentary of the food. I will definitely be using Lettuce Do It again!

We had a wonderful experience with Mike. The food preparation was fresh and well presented. All was delicious! Our guests enjoyed themselves and commented on the dinner. He gained new customers that night! I would not hesitate having him cater for us in the near future.
