We offer full-service catering, go to farmer's markets, provide cooking classes, and bring magical flavor to your palate with comfort food.
Our signature dish is macaroni and cheese. We specialize in smoked meats, including pulled pork, brisket, ribs, chicken, etc., collard greens, fried chicken and more. Our talented chef Madam Mac is gifted and can cook any dish you may need for your event. This includes American, Italian and Latin Food.

Dawn and staff did a wonderful job and our guest were very impressed with the quality and presentation of the catered food. We could have not asked for a better dinning experience. We will deffinatly be using Radical Rations again for our next get together.

Radical rations has created the best birthday experience with her southern style food, her smoked turkey collard greens were phenomenal, and i i could eat her jalapeño bacon macaroni and cheese every day...Thank you Madam mac we love you :)
