What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer to understand exactly what they need. Then I provide a clear estimate and explain the process. Once approved, we schedule the job quickly, complete the work professionally, and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on training in the field, working on real projects and learning proper techniques for pressure washing, soft washing, and home repairs. I stay focused on using safe and effective methods to deliver high-quality results.
