Introduction: Hi,
I’m Mark Lorenz and I have been a chef for 16 years that was classically trained at Johnson and Wales University. I am very passionate about all types of cuisines from southern home style to 7 course plated wine dinners. I am currently a Resident Chef operating a cooking school for the public as well as being a Private Chef for numerous clients. I have done private parties in every type of venue possible and I am new to using Thumbtack for such opportunities. I look forward to getting to know you and what your expectations are so I can far exceed what you need!!!
I have been cooking my whole life since i was a child. I am extremely passionate about everything culinary. New trends, techniques, styles, and products. I love working with people and getting to know them and what they expect. Then i always go way above and beyond to create a great experience.

We hired Chec Mark to cook for our group of nine visiting Naples from the Midwest. He was amazing! Super accommodating to our requests and easygoing with our timeframe. More importantly, the food was phenomenal. We couldn't be happier. This experience was the highlight of our trip!!

Hi!
Mark was the chef at my best friends Bach party. He was so respectful and nice and a WONDERFUL chef. The food was absolutely delicious. we are still talking about how good the food was. We are definitely going to use him again when we are back in town.

Food was very good. Tex Mex theme. Mark was very professional, on time and the kitchen was left as it was when he came. Price was very reasonable.
