We found Gemini through an Angi's List search and compared several contractors for our Kitchen Remodel Project. Gemini's prompt response with a quote after visiting the residence to scope the project was well appreciated. They also had favorable reviews from prior clients that I was able to speak with about their projects. Gemini submitted a very competitive quote and was selected because they were able to start promptly. Rick Kamel worked with us during the design phase and was very thorough to assure we had a well-defined scope. We used Prime Cabinets to supply the cabinets and Gemini installed them as well as new appliances purchased from Viking. I would advise anyone using a cabinet supplier to work with one of their designers to assure all the necessary cabinets and trim and accessories are included in the final design. Throughout the project, communications with Rick, the project manager and the carpenter were reliable. Any issues that arose during the project was quickly addressed and a workable solution was always achieved. Change requests were handled and documented in a timely manner. The payment schedule was well defined, and each payment had a well written invoice that clearly stated what the payment covered. The quality of workmanship was well executed, and the final product has met all of our expectations. Given the opportunity to use Gemini again, we would surely consider their company for our project. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a remodeling project should include Gemini Properties in their contractor search.

Gemini did an excellent job on three projects for us: remodeling our bathrooms, remodeling our kitchen, and repairing our home after flooding damage from hurricane Ian. They were fast, high-quality, professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and enjoyable to work with. I will absolutely use them again. Highly recommended!
