He saved my life, literally!! All my files and important info were on my computer when a Windows 11 update corrupted my system along with performing a system restore. Microsoft remote could not fix it. They just made it worse. I couldn’t log on or connect to WiFi. Andy took on the challenge and rescued me!!! Thank you Andy. I’m so glad I found you.
