- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the cheapest, but I provide premium, reliable work. Pricing is transparent and based on the type of installation and the time required. There are no hidden fees, and I always explain costs upfront before any work begins. Quality, punctuality, and clean workmanship are included in every job. There’s an old rule in construction: you can have it fast, cheap or good but you can only pick two. I make sure the work is done right and on schedule, using high quality materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to what the customer wants — the goals, the problem they’re trying to solve, and the type of equipment they prefer. Then I recommend the best solution for their home, provide clear upfront pricing, and schedule the work. On the day of service, I arrive on time, complete the work neatly, walk the customer through everything, and make sure they’re fully comfortable with the work done.

I started 239 Smart after years of helping homeowners, friends, and family upgrade their homes with better security, smarter lighting, and more reliable technology. What began as a passion for clean, professional installations quickly turned into a full-time business. I enjoy making people’s homes safer, easier to use, and more modern — and I take pride in doing the job right.
