MY VALUES ARE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE CLEANING COMPLEXITY, THE TIME TAKES, IF I NEED A HELPER IF IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CLEAN, MANY THINGS TO ORGANIZE, HOW LONG DO YOU REQUIRE A NEW CLEANING REGULARLY. I OFFER SOME EXTRA SERVICES, SUCH AS REFRIGERATOR CLEANING, OVEN, GLASSES, EXTERNAL CLEANING, BEING CHARGED PARTY BY THESE SERVICES. I OFFER AS COURTESY, EXCHANGE OF BEDDING IN THE MASTER ROOM, AND CLEANING THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE DOOR GLASSES.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I PREFER TO GET TO KNOW THE HOUSE FIRST, MAKE A FREE ESTIMATE. AND YOU CALL ME BY TEXT MESSAGE TO CONVERSATE AND AGREE VALUES AND DATES FOR THE CLEANING DAY.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WORKING WITH NEW PEOPLE EVERY DAY, PRIORITIZING EDUCATION AND RESPECT, HONESTY, CHARACTER AND RESPONSIBILITY. SELF CARE SPECIALLY USING GLOVES, MASK AND ALCOHOL GEL, FOR YOUR AND MY PROTECTION. I PERFORM A MONTHLY TRAINING WITH PEOPLE WITH COMPANIES MUCH LARGER THAN MY, SO I WILL LEARN EVERY DAY MORE AND UPDATE MY KNOWLEDGE. I DO NOT SPEAK VERY WELL ENGLISH, BUT CLEAN VERY WELL. WE CAN TALK BY TRANSLATOR, AND I CAN UNDERSTAND A LITTLE. STAY QUIET COMMUNICATION WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM, YOUR HOME WILL BE VERY WELL CLEAN.
