- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing system is to give my potential clients a fair price and not overcharge anyone. I also come in person to give all my quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to respond to all inquiries as fast as they come up. I like to talk to my clients either over the phone or through text or email to find out their specific needs and then come and take a look at the work in person within the next few days and meet my clients, get to know them and give them a fair quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father has been in this field of work for 40 years now and I have been for over 10+ years.. Not many 24 year olds who have 10+ years work experience. Since I was a young kid, my father taught me how to work hard and he had me help him on his jobs for as far back as I can remember. I am thankful for that time in my life because I have gained lots of experience. I have also worked for years on landscaping crews and golf courses doing everything from irrigation to ground management. I have also taken many college courses and continued my education in lawn and turf Ornamentals classes.
