Ray the Mover responded almost instantly to my request to move some heavy furniture items from my condo. Paul explained the rates for their services very clearly, and stressed that there would be no additional 'hidden' charges. The rate proposed was very fair and reasonable. The movers arrived on time, were very professional, and took great care moving my furniture. The process was flawless, and completed efficiently and promptly. These guys stand by their word. Ray's is the one to hire. Paul was ultra transparent in everything and gave me an amazing deal, set the price and that was it! Fair, reasonable, and way worth the cost. His crew showed up on time in Fort Laudedale, met me at PODS storage, uploaded everything in under 3 hrs and drove back to Naples, and met me at new storage. Brian and Ismael took great care of all our items and performed a miracle getting 2 8x16 PODS onto 1 truck. The boss, Paul, showed up and they had everything off loaded into new storage in 3 hrs even with freight elevator! If you need a real mover who isn't trying to get rich on every client and delivers a great service, call these guys!!

We don’t believe in surprise fees or slippery estimates. At Ray the Mover, you choose how you want to move:
$150/hour for two men and a truck – best for small jobs.
Flat-rate guaranteed pricing – best for full-service moves, local or long-distance.
With our guaranteed quote, the price we give is the price you pay—no hidden charges, no game-playing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning the details of your move—where, when, and what needs to be moved. From there, you can either:
1. Get a flat-rate quote by scheduling a quick visit from our sales team, or
2. Choose hourly labor if your move is small or flexible.
Once scheduled, our team confirms all details in writing, shows up on time, and keeps communication clear throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership has over 40 years in the moving and logistics industry. Our crews are full-time, trained in-house, and held to high standards. We don’t outsource your move to third parties. Every team member is background-checked and trained in safe handling, packing, and high-value item care—because we know trust is earned, not assumed.
