- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Overall Costs are comprised of Food, Menu Consults, Chef Fee, Off Site Fee, Additional Enhancements (alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages, cake, premium ingredients), etc..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage and invite a new customer to a brief phone call, allowing a clear understanding of how my service reflects costs. Also, new customer can have the opportunity to inquire in depth about my level of service and the expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20+ years of professional Culinary experience. Having a true passion and love for food/cooking from a young age. Trained under Michelin Star Chef’s in NYC.
