I have over 20 years of broad based experience in the food and beverage operation, including working under the tutelage of Michelin Star chefs Alain Ducasse and Joel Robuchon. We worked with James for my mom’s birthday. He helped to make it a really special evening. He was friendly, communicative, responsive leading up to the event, which was helpful as I had a lot of questions and he was so game to answer the best he could. In addition to being such a lovely human, we absolutely adored his food. We had a mezze platter and a three course meal. The mezze was Mediterranean and soooooo yummy - it was hard not to eat all of it before we sat for dinner! His take on tabbouleh is not to be missed. For our meal, we did prawns, a grouper with a sauce so good it made my brother like olives and capers, and a dessert that smelled as good as it tasted. We would absolutely work with James again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage and invite a new customer to a brief phone call, allowing a clear understanding of how my service reflects costs. Also, new customer can have the opportunity to inquire in depth about my level of service and the expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20+ years of professional Culinary experience. Having a true passion and love for food/cooking from a young age. Trained under Michelin Star Chef’s in NYC.
