FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates depend on the length of our sessions, how many times per week we train together, and the duration of your commitment to the program. I genuinely want to help people reach their goals and transform their lives, and I don’t want cost to stand in the way. That’s why I offer a variety of payment plans to fit different budgets. When we meet for your free consultation, I will go over all of your options so you can choose a plan that works best for you and allows you to train without worry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new client, I offer a complimentary one-hour consultation. During this time, we’ll talk about your goals, your current habits, and any questions you may have. It’s also a chance for you to get to know me and my approach to training, and to make sure we feel like a good fit together. For me, it’s about understanding your unique needs and challenges so we can create a plan that not only gets results but feels achievable and sustainable for your life.
