- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you first reach a point of contact with our CSR, you will be scheduled to have a licensed technician from Good Worx to come out and evaluate the home and give you a estimate with included fair pricing. When receiving the estimate, ensure you ask your estimator about any packages, discounts, or deals we have going on right now and they will break down any information they have and answer any questions you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first send in a new job request, a Good Worx CSR will be there to respond to any scheduling questions you may have. We first schedule to have a licensed technician from Good Worx come out same day (Usually within the hour) and evaluate the home, review requested services, and give you a estimate with included fair pricing. All of our estimators are licensed technicians ready and equipped with all tools and resources necessary to complete any service requests on the spot, same day or you can schedule a time for another day that would work best for you.
