- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend continuing education hours at a monthly meeting and online. My CAM License also requires 20 hours in multiple fields before renewal. Condo-CRAZE is also a very informative seminar that updates CAM's, Board of Directors for HOA/Condo Associations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After being an auto-mechanic, I decided to go into maintenance at the Hotel Marriott in Key West. This broadened by knowledge base and I wanted to deal directly with the people.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Property Management, Property Maintenance, Resident House Checks, Review Contracts with Vendors: Verify License and Insurance, Resolve Issues Promptly, Report to the Board of Directors any changes related to plan.
