FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At The Wellness Edit, every client experience is intentionally curated, highly personalized, and designed to deliver exceptional, lasting results. 1. Private Consultation Our process begins with a confidential video consultation, where I take the time to understand each client on a deeper level—their goals, lifestyle, health history, and vision for themselves. This conversation allows me to identify the most strategic and effective path forward, ensuring their program is aligned with both their aesthetic and performance objectives. 2. Bespoke Onboarding Experience Following our consultation, clients receive a comprehensive onboarding email outlining my private coaching options and investment levels, along with an in-depth client intake questionnaire. This allows me to gather the detailed insight necessary to design a truly bespoke training and wellness strategy tailored to their body, lifestyle, and long-term goals. 3. Custom Program Design & Concierge-Level Support Once the client selects their preferred coaching experience and completes their intake, I begin developing their fully customized training program. Every element is intentionally designed to deliver optimal results while complementing their lifestyle. We then finalize their training schedule and initiate their coaching experience, ensuring a seamless and elevated onboarding process. At The Wellness Edit, my clients are never given generic programs. Every detail is thoughtfully created to help them look, feel, and perform at their highest level—with discretion, professionalism, and uncompromising quality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My foundation in fitness began at the age of two as a gymnast, where I developed an early appreciation for discipline, precision, and the power of intentional movement. I went on to become a competitive gymnast, cheerleader, and golfer, experiences that instilled in me a lifelong commitment to performance, strength, and personal excellence. Health and fitness have never been a phase for me—they’ve always been a lifestyle. For decades, I’ve maintained a consistent, elevated standard for my own physical well-being and understand what it takes to build and sustain a strong, confident body through every stage of life. After the birth of my third child, I chose to formalize that lifelong passion and became a certified personal trainer. My goal was never simply to help people exercise—but to help them transform. I wanted to provide others with the same level of structure, strategy, and support required to look exceptional, feel confident, and perform at their highest level. Today, I bring together my elite athletic background, professional certification, and real-world experience to deliver refined, results-driven coaching for clients who value their health and expect excellence.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a personal trainer, it’s important to understand that you’re not simply paying for workouts—you’re investing in expertise, strategy, accountability, and results. Look for a professional who offers a personalized, comprehensive approach rather than generic programs. Your body, lifestyle, and goals are unique, and your training should reflect that. A high-level coach will take the time to understand your history, your current season of life, and what you truly want to achieve—not just physically, but in how you feel and perform day to day. Experience and professionalism matter. Choose someone who not only has the proper certifications, but who also lives the lifestyle, understands the long-term process, and can guide you safely and effectively. The right trainer will prioritize proper form, progression, and sustainability—not quick fixes. It’s also important to find someone who provides structure and accountability. Real transformation happens through consistency, and having a coach who holds you to a higher standard makes all the difference. Finally, choose someone you trust and connect with. You should feel confident in their guidance and comfortable in the process. The right investment in your health will pay dividends in your confidence, energy, and quality of life for years to come.
