I met with several roofing companies to get estimates on the cost to replace my roof. Mr. Otero was very patient and took the time to discuss the various roof replacement materials and their different costs as well as advantages/disadvantages. I decided to get a metal roof. His price was competitive and I chose his company to do the job. His crew members were polite, efficient, and very careful of my landscaping. Mr. Otero was there to supervise the workers and make sure the job was done correctly. He also replaced inside sections of ceiling that had water damage from the old roof leaking. The job was done in a very reasonable amount of time and clean-up was excellent. My neighbor also needed a roof. After seeing the quality of work done on my roof he also contracted them to do his shingle roof. I am very glad I chose Otero Construction and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed with their services.

Heavy rain mid-January of this year left us with small leaks in various parts of the roof. Tom at Otero Construction LLC was able to quickly come over and assess the situation and provide a very reasonable quote.We were watertight in a short period of time and were able to miss the next round of rain days later.Putting down the actual shingles began after the building inspectors review and, as you would expect with an old house and an original roof, issues with the roof became evident. Tom was able to address and resolve each of these issues immediately and with minimal impact on the budget.I highly recommend Otero Construction LLC and wouldnt hesitate to use them for any future projects.Tom and Carla were readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had during the entire project.

Otero Construction replaced my shingle roof with a metal one. The price was fair and all the work was done in a timely manner. They did an excellent cleanup upon completion. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
