- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly participate in training, forums, ad cross-disciplinary workshops to keep myself up to date on the latest information. I also host a podcast where I invite the top entrepreneurs in my field and others to discuss the winning strategies that they use every day in their business. http://thevideocrush.com
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a Senior Editor for one of the Country's largest integrated Media corporations. I was in a position that others would literally kill for. Problem was- I was miserable. I worked far too many hours at times that I had no control over, and I was doing all this to advance the agendas of huge corporations that I felt were misleading the public at best and downright selling harmful products or ideas at worst. After missing some of my Mother's last days on Earth because I had to work for a client that I had no relationship with, I decided that I would need to break out on my own if I'd ever be happy. That's the origin of The Video Crush. I have brought my experience and skills to the people that need great marketing and killer video productions the most- Small Businesses who don;t have millions to spend on advertising and PR.
