Hugh did a great job to the upholstery. He described what he intended to do and the different options that I could use. I only took the deep cleaning, and the results are impressive. My couch looks like new after the cleaning. Would definitely hire Hugh again for the job.

In 38 yrs of upholstery cleaning, I honestly don`t remember that many pillows on a sofa/love combo! 3.5 hrs!, and every minute well worth the effort simply because of this awesome review! Hugh was on time, went through each step of the process. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable. Hugh wasn’t happy until I was. WOW our sectional looks brand knew. Thanks Dave! The only way to restore the sectional after the dogs soiled it was the most thorough process I offer. 1st a dry vac and crevice clean and brushing of the fiber. Then a enzyme pretreat and a hand bonnett shampoo. Finally a steam extraction w/citrus sanitizer. If you dont do it correctly the first time, you can set the soil and stains and they will never come out. I absolutely love this review and thank you so much for helping me grow my business in your area! Hugh

I broke my shoulder three weeks ago and have been housebound since. Yesterday my cat and dog decided to relieve themselves on my sofa. They also have hit my recliner which I had cleaned, however, the smell was not completely gone. Hugh was the first responder to my query and came back with an unbelievable quote that I messaged him back to make sure he understood I wanted both recliner and sofa done. He said the quote was correct. I read his reviews, which are glowing reports and hired him. He called in the morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He even offered to stop and pick up anything I might want while he was on his way since I am unable to drive. That says a lot about the man to me. He did a thorough cleaning on my sofa and my recliner, even opening up the Velcro in the back to clean inside. He explained everything he was doing to me as he was doing it and the rationale for it. When he was finished, he even mopped up my floor. My furniture looks brand new. My recliner was pretty stained, but when he was done, no stains and most important, I don't smell any cat urine for which I am grateful since this is where I sleep since my injury. I also asked him for a quote to clean my ceramic tile floors and grout, since this is how I broke my shoulder in the first place, trying to do it myself. Slip/Fall, end of story. Another incredible price. I will definitely have him return for that job and I am secure in the knowledge he will do an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I Check advertised specials and match or beat them. Prices for Thumbtack customers are reduced to 25 cents per sqft w/pretreatment, deodorizer, and services are upgraded so customers receive a high quality custom job at the lowest price. Rooms can be up to 150sqft or 10x15 give or take. Areas over 150sqft are only 25cents per sqft on the overage and not double like most Co's!. I provide the highest quality process for much less than the national franchises. I have been able to work with customers budgets, because I do the work and my costs are less. Be sure to look at my current reviews. Earning your good review is the most important thing to me!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call to go over project in detail. A walk thru at the time of service to inspect, address customers concerns, take direction and to project actual result expectations. 42 years certified carpet and upholstery cleaner. Previously trained and in management w/large national franchises and very active in the fields of Carpet, Upholstery, Leather, Tile @ Grout, fire and flood damage, odor removal and specialty surface clean-ups, residential and commercial. I have trained 100's of cleaning technicians, however, I do the work because, " if you want it done right, you do it yourself"
