- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 25 dollar certification charge...Red Cross and American Heart are much more expensive and are a one year certification whereas I offer a two year certification
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get in touch and make arrangements that are to the customers request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified through American Safety and Health Institute for adults ,children and infants for professionals or non professionals.
