My small team and I specialize in wedding planning, event planning, wedding and event decorating, and wedding coordination. We brought Adrienne on as our day-of coordinator very last minute, and I truly can’t imagine what our wedding would have looked like without her. From the moment she stepped in, she brought a calming, grounding presence that helped everything feel organized, supported, and in flow — even when things got unexpectedly hard. Adrienne did an incredible job wrangling our (very spirited!) families, managing tear down and clean-up flawlessly, cueing all the key moments with ease, and making sure my partner and I were cared for throughout the night. What really stood out was how attentive and steady she was when we received devastating news during the reception — a close family member had passed away earlier that day, and the emotional weight of that hit us hard. Adrienne and her partner were there for us in ways that went far beyond logistics. They created a sense of calm and held space for us while still keeping everything running smoothly. She took my vision and made it come to life, even without the typical prep time most coordinators have. We are so grateful to have had her by our side, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for not just a coordinator, but someone who will hold your day (and you) with care, grace, and professionalism.

Where do I even begin? Adrienne was nothing short of PERFECT. From our very first consultation to the final song of the night (and unexpected cleanup after), there was never a single moment where we felt anything slipping. Not once! She truly knows what she is doing. She and her partner are an absolute powerhouse team. They understood the assignment completely, matched our energy effortlessly, and executed every detail with confidence and precision. There was nothing to second guess. Everything ran on time. Every vendor was aligned. The ENTIRE evening flowed exactly the way it was supposed to. What sets them apart is how they handled the unexpected. If something came up, we did not feel it. We did not see it. We did not stress about it. They handled EVERYTHING. And when we did need to know something, it was communicated calmly, clearly, and with total control. No panic. No scrambling. Just solutions. That kind of leadership is priceless on a day like this. Our guests could feel it too. All night long people were telling us how perfect everything was and how the entire focus of the day was our love. That is exactly what we wanted, and they protected that space for us from beginning to end. They went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. They cleaned and prepared before we even arrived. They set up (what I allowed myself to delegate). They coordinated. They double checked every detail. They left no stone unturned. The food was perfect. The music was perfect. The atmosphere was perfect. THE TIMING OF EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT - She locked in a day of timeline ahead of time and did. not. miss! It all felt effortless because of them. I did not even have my phone on me the entire day and it did not matter! That alone tells you everything. When they needed to make an executive decision, they made it with confidence. When they needed our input, they got it quickly and kept it moving. If you are looking for someone to trust with the most important day of your life, someone who will treat it like it is just as important to them as it is to you, look no further. I had the best experience working with Adrienne and Angie! From day one, their professionalism and eagerness to tackle something new impressed me. I was working with a very tight budget and I got a lot in value with Adrienne prices. She has never done a mandap before and after sending her a few pics of my inspo , she executed my vision well! She worked with me when the venue cut my set up time and she even met me at a mutual location to store some of my DIYs. She was my second hand throughout this whole wedding process and I’m so grateful. Thank you once again 💕
