Roman did a fantastic job repairing the mull post on my exterior door. I was a bit intimidated to do this repair myself because the stain glass sidelite was ajar and the transom above was held in place by this section that was no longer secured to the threshold from water damage.
Reached out to him on Sat (yesterday) and he came the following morning ready to tack the job and at a reasonable price and in under 3 hours which included travel to he the materials. Also, his “estimate” was rather on point. I’ve had the misfortunes of dealing with services that weren’t even close to the initial estimate. So it was really great to work with a an honest straight shooter. Will definitely use him again on future home owner woes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client begins with carefully listening to your needs and wants. I try to understand all the details of the project in order to offer the best solutions that meet the client's expectations and budget.
