- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that through the application we give an approximate estimate, which may vary in terms of the type of cleaning (standard or deep), the size of the house (large or small) or the frequency with which the service is requested (weekly, every two weeks, monthly etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally, the first thing I ask the client is the type of cleaning they want to do, the frequency, the direction and the date or time they prefer!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning, first doing office cleaning as part time after my full-time job, I also helped my friends or relatives to clean their houses, because I have always liked cleanliness and order, until one day I decided to dedicate myself to cleaning houses as my own business and it's something I like and enjoy doing.
