- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On occasion, we do run specials during our "slow months". But a normal rule of thumb; We pay fair wages to our skilled painters with taxes, insurances required by law and business overhead as our cost factor per hrly work we estimate for jobs our customers request us to do. We must cover these costs or we would be unable to stay in business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss their wishes, or end in mind. Visit the planned project to get a good idea of what will be needed to do the job properly, with least delay(s). Assemble a written quote in detail, so surprises will not happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continously training and implementing our trade forum's "Craftsmanship Operating Procedures with our lead painters to insure our finished product is done correctly and systematic approach to a the proper paint job that will look good and maintain longevity.
