My prices are based on the materials required and the time and care it takes to build something with skilled hands. For built-in furniture and any multi-day in home projects the project location must be within a 45 minute radius of New Smyrna Beach, FL. Stand alone pieces can be delivered or shipped anywhere. My services include but are not limited to: Installation, assembly, design, carpentry, welding, custom shelving and furniture, renovation, flooring, mechanics, fabrication, and more. Mike is a knowledgeable, qualified, professional Repairman. He quickly assessed the problem then explained it to me in simple layman terms. He showed me both the faulty mechanical piece and its' replacement. He purchased the new part at Coronado Hardware which means he shops local too. I'm happy to support his local business. This man installed an automatic sliding door opener for a condo on tbe ocean. He had to engineer the whole process because the opener did not fit correctly. He did great work. I highly recommend this man. He was prompt and went the extra mile to get the job done. This was mu mother in law’s place. Because of his excellent work I am going to get him to do some jobs at my condo.

My mother is 84 and she had to large fluorescent lights in her kitchen that needed replacement. I called Mike on Tuesday night and he came down the next morning and replaced them. Mike was very prompt and the fee was very reasonable. Any jobs around your house or apartment that need fixing I would highly recommend you call him.

Michael was great and easy to work with. He was even able to custom modify my old shower door and make it work great again. Price was fair and what i expected to pay. Will look to hire him again when i need more random repairs around the house.
