- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will usually give discounts to multi item repairs, customers that are coming back to me that are happy with my work and are looking for my services again. Discounts are also given to healthcare workers, EMTs, police, doctors, religious locations, restaurant owners, and business owners. I try to make people happy with my work use me more than once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them very well and understanding their need and requirements for the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree for computer science and a cyber security engineering degree. I am also very proficient with micro soldering and reading schematics understanding electronic circuitry.
