Pricing Information: • Hourly rate: $55 • Minimum service call: $100 (includes travel + up to 1 hour of work) • 4+ hours: 10% discount • 8–20 hours: 20% discount I am always open to discussing your project and offering the best solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I ask for photos and details of the project. 2. I provide a clear estimate and timeline. 3. I arrive on time, confirm the plan, and complete the work efficiently. 4. I make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed practical training in home repairs, drywall patching, carpentry basics, painting, minor plumbing, electrical fixture replacement, and general handyman services. I continuously improve my skills and stay updated on safe repair practices.
