- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning, and the current condition of the home. Weekly clients receive a 5% discount, and biweekly clients receive a 3% discount. Homes cleaned only once a month are priced as deep cleaning. Refrigerator, oven, interior cabinet, and interior window cleaning are additional services. Interior window cleaning starts at $20 per window. Parking or valet fees, when required, are the customer’s responsibility. Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, and specific needs of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about the home, the type of cleaning needed, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any special requests. We may ask for photos or additional details so we can confirm the scope of work and provide an accurate price. Before the appointment, we confirm the date, arrival window, access instructions, and selected add-on services. During the cleaning, we follow the agreed checklist and pay close attention to the areas that matter most to the customer. Once the service is complete, we perform a final review to make sure everything meets our quality standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential cleaning and ongoing training in proper cleaning techniques, product use, surface care, sanitation, and safe work practices. We understand that different materials and finishes require different methods, so we carefully select the right products and tools for each area of the home. We also continue improving our process to provide consistent, efficient, and detail-oriented service on every visit.
