Job was done as promised but they maids were seems to be in rush and was not able to speak english. Also Oven supposed to be clean but it was not cleaned. I hope they need to hire better people in the future.

My overall experience with this company was pretty good. The communication prior to the service with Vania was excellent. She responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Although the two maids were 30 min late, I didn't really mind it. However, I asked for a "deep cleaning" and some things weren't finished because they had another appointment to go to. I was told "there was no time limit for the service", but there actually was as they both stated they couldn't finish everything we wanted them to because they were going to be late to another appointment. It bothered me that they didn't move any of the dressers / night stands /beds in the bed rooms (which aren't heavy to move) to clean under neath. They also missed a few things (the shelf above my bed wasn't dusted, the windows and balcony door in the second bedroom weren't cleaned & they couldn't clean/dust inside my walk in closet because of lack of time) but overall, they did a good job. The bathrooms were spotless, which is the first thing they did. They were very nice ladies. We treated them to lunch because they were there from 9am until almost 3pm and gave them each a $20 tip because we know they worked hard. They just didn't have enough time to finish everything. Although I wasn't 100% satisfied with the cleaning, I would use their services again in the near future.

Darlene was absolutely wonderful! Very attentive and stays on top of everything. She handled the cleaning of our home that had been empty for a very long time. Services included exterior power washing, carpet cleaning, and deep interior clean. When we walked in, it felt like home immediately :) She's awesome!

Maid in South Florida was very thorough. My house looks amazing! Everyone I talked to from scheduling to the maids were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them and I look forward to the next cleaning.

A maids touch was fantastic! The house was quite a disaster as our renter had just moved out and didn't clean. A maids touch came and the place looked brand new when they were finished! Highly recommend a maids touch!

VERY PLEASED! I have had bad experiences with cleaners, but Crowned Maids really changed my perspective on cleaners. Super professional and easy to work with. Be transparent with them and they'll over deliver every time. My apartment hasn't looked this clean in a while lol

Tina does excellent work and doesn't cut corners. We trust her and leave her alone in the house all the time. When we leave town we even give her the keys and alarm code and ask her to watch over the pets and the house. She has done exactly what we agree to every single time without fail. This sometimes includes making two trips a day to our home. Tina is a real housekeeper, she is not a Molly maids type of situation where you get different unknown people every time who rush through your house, doing a crappy job so they can hurry off to the next 20 houses scheduled that day. When you hire Tina, you get Tina. This is personal service the way it should be. To put it another way, in addition to her crazy cleaning skills, she knows where every different type of cup, mug, socks, boxers, pens, toiletry and everything else goes exactly! We have 2600 square feet of tile in our home... Who wants to sweep, vacuum and mop that?!? Not me... But Tina does!!! I have no problem recommending her to personal friends because I know that she won't let me down. To add icing to the cake... She's a very friendly Bahamian girl so she speaks English!
