After discussing what the issue was over the phone, he determined that our washing machine was broken and beyond repair. Instead of coming to tell us that in person and charging us for the service call, he did it on the phone to save us the expense. It's never fun hearing a major appliance needs to be replaced but we value his honest and upfront communication and quick response.
