I had a great experience with Groff HomeInspections! They were incredibly quick and convenient, even responding late in the evening which made the whole process so much easier for us. They completed the inspection within 24 hours and were extremely thorough. What really stood out was the detailed report, complete with photos and in-depth explanations that made it easy to understand everything we needed to know.

Groff Inspections was responsive to my need for a Wind Mitigation Report for my Homeowner Insurance Co. I was kept informed prior, during,and after the inspection. Yes, I was able to get a reduction in my annual property insurance premium. It is great to know that I was able to rely on a reputable company.

They responded to my call quickly. They made my appointment and were there when they said they would be. The cost was very reasonable and the inspection was thorough. The report was sent the same day and they called to go over everything. Great experience. I will highly recommend.

David went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable, and I feel like this inspection should cost more than he actually charges. He spent a lot of time in the attic and had the necessary knowledge and experience to inspect everything and answer all my questions.

We base our home inspections off square footage of the home.
Wind mitigations are 100$
4-point inspections are 125$
combo deal (4-point/wind mitigation) is 200$

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with a phone conversation with our perspective customer. We gather personal and project information to ensure our clients needs are being met. We use our inspection software to book the inspection and send up to date notifications to ensure the client is kept in the loop about the upcoming inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10+ years of construction experience that backs our InterNACHI certifications. Our construction experience helped us establish a solid foundation and background in best construction practices, which we use to help our clients find deficiencies within their home.
