I was truly impressed with the work completed by the gentleman with Prime Home. Their professionalism, knowledge, conduct, fair fee, etc was all above expectations. Given how much was charged for this project, I can't say I'm 100% happy with how everything turned out. The contractor was contracted to install 9 doors in my home, each door was originally about 9 foot tall. However, as you can see from the pictures attached here, they managed to cut some of the doors too short. Furthermore, they left their trash behind and didn't do a good job of covering up surfaces, and left me with sawdust on pretty much every surface of my home. The original doors were left outside with no communication. I emailed about the trash, and they couldn't even be bothered to respond to the email. For the pros of this project - the team was respectful and heard us out when we pointed out issues with the installation during the process. They alerted us to a couple of issues along the way and made productive suggestions.

Good morning Richard we are sorry the you were not 100% satisfied with project, we show you all the doors and all of them were working and we even said that if there were any problem with the door we’d comeback and readjusted them. when you asked us about the trash we called you but you didn’t answer, we don’t include dump removal as part of the job that’s why it wasn’t in the invoice that’s a extra job that we do, we never got any email from you about and we never spoke through emails before so you should’ve just called us, your not our only client so once we try to contact you and you don’t answer we will probably move in and give attentions to our other customers. We clean everywhere we stepped in, we asked you if everything was okay when we left you said yes so we took your word. We said if you had any issue with the job give us a call we never got a call from you so we thought you were satisfied we sorry that you thought the only thing you could do was to give us a bad review if you need help from us in the future we will be more than happy to assist you.
