- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can provide anything from simple beer & wine service to customized packages where we create signature cocktails for the guest(s) of honor and a specialized drink menu based on the events theme. We also have a wide variety of equipment available including professional mobile bars & coolers, drink dispensers and even Jager cold shot machines. Once we've had a chance to talk we can custom tailor a package thats perfect for you - making your vision a reality and providing you service that exceeds expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we've heard our clients vision for their event we engage them with related questions to learn more and offer suggestions based on our experience. Together we work on creating a list of services and equipment that best suits their needs as well as their budget. A contract for services is created, signed and a deposit is made - locking the event in our calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire staff is Florida state certified, professionally trained, licensed and insured.
