What a fabulous job Jean did.. Everyone loved the food. staff was very kind, helpful and pleasant.. Not only would I eat in the Braised Onion for dinner but I would use them again and again for parties...

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We really don't it's just tailored to customer needs and budget. Also I am licensed and insured and an LLC just do not with to display publicly and are happy to produce to our customers!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting or talking over the phone to discuss ideas menus decor etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I employ a highly trained Executive Chef and staff. I alone have experience in this business for over 30 years.
