Randy was amazing and I will definitely use him to solve all my tech needs. My computer problem was complicated so I am not certain other techs would have the skill and determination to address the issues.

Contacted Randy at "Rantech" he sent text with a quote for diagnostic check and agreed to come to my residence . He showed up on time covered all details . Spent over a hour with me explaining possible problems . He took my computer overnight I picked it up the next morning at his Business/residence.There he explained and demonstrated what was done , and what I had to do. He added an additional program for future diagnostics where I can connect with him if there should be unforeseen problems. Randy has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Randy at" Rantech" for all your computer problems.

Made a stressful PC event much easier to handle with Mr. Randy's technical expertise and fantastic communication. I don't believe we'll be using anyone else for our computer needs from now on. Thank you for all of your help!! It was a pleasure working with you!

I was very satisfied with Randy, he was very polite and professional. He explained what was wrong with my computer and how he could fix it, along with what it would cost for parts and labor, in a timely manner. The parts were shipped through Amazon Prime, which is pretty quick. I would recommend him as well.
