Outstandungnding service.com. Very knowledgeable and focused on delivering quality service. As a retired software professional, I am careful who can work on my computer. This overhaul of my computer was timely and my machine is like New.

I was very satisfied with Randy, he was very polite and professional. He explained what was wrong with my computer and how he could fix it, along with what it would cost for parts and labor, in a timely manner. The parts were shipped through Amazon Prime, which is pretty quick. I would recommend him as well.

Contacted Randy at "Rantech" he sent text with a quote for diagnostic check and agreed to come to my residence . He showed up on time covered all details . Spent over a hour with me explaining possible problems . He took my computer overnight I picked it up the next morning at his Business/residence.There he explained and demonstrated what was done , and what I had to do. He added an additional program for future diagnostics where I can connect with him if there should be unforeseen problems. Randy has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Randy at" Rantech" for all your computer problems.

Randy was amazing and I will definitely use him to solve all my tech needs. My computer problem was complicated so I am not certain other techs would have the skill and determination to address the issues.

If you need any computer work, I highly recommend Rantech. I was locked out of my windows10 completely and my mouse was gone. Fixed both problems within 24 hours. Very reasonable pricing. Thank you Rantech....
